Регулярно останавливаемся в этом отеле, но из года в год только хуже. 5 лет тому назад всё было новое, чистое и исправное. Сейчас увы нет, последний раз тек унитаз и в одной из комнат было холодно, не исправна батарея отопления. Поломки исправили в течение 3-х часов. Глобально - номера в отеле уже изрядно устали. Были и проблемы с заселением, ждали около часа в 2022 году, сейчас благо стало лучше. Завтраки хорошие. Главный плюс - парковка.

Возмущена. Жила в этот раз (не первый) 7 суток. На вторые сутки (а на дворе октябрь) батареи стали холодными. "Решаем, сейчас принесем нагреватель". Принесли после 2 напоминаний микропечку, котрая за 2 часа работы на максималках не справилась. Попросила переселить. Отправилив другой номер. Прихожу, а там настежь распахнутое окно (в дождь, ветер и ненастье. Самое то для замерзшего человека. Переселили еще раз. Жила еще 3 дня и сегодня снова батареи ледяные. "Решаем". Ага, прошу 2 нагревателя, наученная прошлым опытом. Напоминать снова пришлось дважды, в отеле никто никуда не торопится, ни горничные, ни кухня, ни ресепшен. Через полчаса (естественно, теплее за это время не стало) второй обогреватель отняли, а на вопрос, не стоит ли, проштрафившись дважды, принести в качестве извинений бутылку вина гостю, например, мне рассмеялись в лицо. Случись это в Сызрани или Лысково... но отель находится в самом прекрасном и дорогом райноне Спб. Такие дела.

Классные номера,чисто уютно, телевизор, Вайфай. Есть 2 кафе и столовая (шведский стол). От метро 20мин. ходьбы.
