Стрижкой осталась довольная. Обстановка приятная. Новое светлое помещение, всё чисто. Вежливый персонал. Считаю, что в этой парикмахерской оптимальное сочетание цены и качества в Москве. Рекомендую посетить однозначно.

Посетила на днях этот салон. Придя домой, поняла, что лишилась некоторой суммы денег. Вспоминая ситуацию, поняла, что перед тем как начать стрижку меня отвели мыть голову в другое помещение, при чем так быстро потянули за собой, что про сумку то я и забыла, оставила ее на месте, где и проходила последующая стрижка. Изрядно опечалившись, решила все таки разобраться в ситуации. Позвонила в салон, без подробностей объяснила, что случилась у меня неприятность и мне бы не помешала помощь администрац ии в виде записи с камер. Долго не думая мне дали контакты начальства, ну или человека, который решает всяческие конфликты. Сначала не ответили, но затем сами перезвонили и услышав мою проблему обещали помочь. Уже на следующее утро на вотсап пришел отрывок с видео, где было ясно, что пока меня отвели в другое место, моя сумка оставалась цела, невредима и никем не тронута. Очень порадовала оперативность и отзывчивость Ксении Викторовны(увы фамилию не знаю), которая помогла мне в этом вопросе. Теперь точно уверена, что в этом салоне, прошу прощения, не «облопошат». И хоть деньги я потеряла где-то в другом месте, все равно не пожалела, что сходила в Самую Самую, так как чек оказался не большим, обслужили быстро и сделали то, что просила, без каких либо вопросов. – показать
