Парикмахерская маленькая, народу мало. И мне это нравится. Хожу к одному мастеру, меня устраивает. Стрижёт неплохо, цены демократичные. Для пенсионеров до 12-ти часов скидки. Удобное расположение.

Добрый день! Впервые за 7 лет позитивного посещения вашего заведения разочарована, ходила практически к одному мастеру, очень редко пользовалась услугами другого… Администратор отказала в услуге по действующему купону, ссылаясь на то, что теперь нет бесплатных стрижек. И мужа, и сына приводила всегда тоже стричься к вам, и сама всегда получала желаемый результат, ведь мой мастер уже знала как и что мне нужно. Очень жаль, что ваш администратор так себя ведёт с постоянным клиентом, в прошлы й мой приход она «накосячила», посадив меня к юной девочке(мой мастер была на больничном), которая так мне испортила волосы, что пришлось месяца три отращивать обрубки на затылке, ладно стерпела, промолчала, ведь я не впервые у вас, и садиться самой не нужно было к незнакомому парикмахеру. А сегодня вообще отбила желание к вам приходить, вечно она придумывает какие то новшества в связи с обслуживанием! Куда ушли понимающие и знающие ваши администраторы??? – показать

Только что зашли узнать цены и время, на которое хотела записаться с мужем. Администратор не встретил, постояли, подождали, в итоге парикмахер крикнула ей и она, не выходя из админки и не показываясь нам, стала хамовато и нагло отвечать, что есть телефон, звонить надо, подтверждать, а не «Шастать тут»Отвратительный персонал, хамское поведение, никакого знания, как встречать и общаться со своими гостями. Хотели найти салон рядом с работой, этот был ближайшим, но теперь точно будем обходить ЕГО с тороной – показать
