В салон ходила моя мама-пенсионерка, с которой в итоге попросили денег больше, чем изначально по телефону озвучивали. На вопрос, почему так дорого, ответили только, что у них такие цены. Я ради интереса позвонила по указанному номеру и опять поинтересовалась расценками на услугу, женщина представилась директором салона Натальей Юрьевной, не зная вопроса, тоже подтвердила, что цена на услугу ниже 1000 руб. Заверила меня, что разберётся в ситуации и ответит мне. К сожалению, директор поступил не д обросовестно и никакого ответа мне не дала, сообщение игнорировала. Вопрос не столько в денежной сумме, а в столь потребительском отношении к пенсионерам, с которых не гнушаются взять больше денег. Мерзкое ощущение! – показать
