Ужасное отношение к работе, со стороны Администрации и отдела Регистрации. Как можно перевести Клиента, на несуществующий номер.

Добрый день! Уточните, пожалуйста, что именно совершили администраторы (грубость, ошибка в записи или отказ)? Для всех пациентов действует единый номер и открытая онлайн-запись на сайте, перевод на несуществующие номера регламентом не предусмотрен. Напишите нам дату и время инцидента — мы проведем проверку по внутренним журналам звонков.

Очень понравился медицинский центр, компетентные специалисты. В самом медицинском центре чисто и уютно. Рекомендую. Если есть проблема, то стоит сюда обратиться.
