Всегда любила заходить в Папан за вкусной выпечкой, особенно во время беременности очень нравилась булочка с маком, а муж очень любил меренги (безе) с миндалем. Но вчера случилось для меня нечто. Гуляя вечером с коляской зашла в Папан за этими самыми безе, упаковку взяла запакованную рядом с кассой там они расфасованы по 4 штучки. Вечером с мужем сели пить чай, и что вы думаете? Муж откусив пару кусочков безе заметил у себя на тарелке муравья, а после разломив своё безе ещё много муравьё в ползающих внутри безе!!!!!!!!!!! Как такое вообще допустимо?????? Разломив ещё одно безе из упаковки к ужасу было тоже самое. Для меня это просто шок!!!!! На следующий день, решила отнести это кулинарное творение в Папан и показать, что они продают. Пришла и попросила менеджера. Вышла девушка, я ее попросила выйти, т.к. я была с коляской, но она попросила чтобы я к ней подошла. Рассказала всю ситуацию и показала ей безе во всей красе, на что мне сначала сказали, что это у меня дома муравьи и как они сюда попали она вообще не имеет понятия. Это надо иметь такую наглость?!!!! При том, что они их продают в упаковках и потом ещё кладут в пакет! Как все это могло попасть у меня дома внутрь? По поему менеджер там точно не в себе. Сказала, что у них заключен договор с Роспотребнадзором и что их Кафе всегда проходит проверки. Мужу ночью было не хорошо. Я попросила поменять безе, на что менеджер мне сказала зачем вам брать тоже самое у вашего мужа будет психическая травма! Как такое можно вообще говорить посетителям твоего Кафе? Просто вернули деньги. Не советую больше это Кафе,особенно тем, кто приходит туда с детьми!!!!!!! – показать

Сладости и выпечка что надо, кофе делают явно не бариста, в меню есть азиатский уклон в сторону чебуреков…
