Плохая работа с расписанием групповых тренировок, нет постоянства. Надо искать на сайте изменения, но и это не гарантия того что вы придёте, а они есть. Очень расстраивает, что идёшь в надежде на тренировку, а в итоге просто теряешь время.

Теперь мы выкладываем расписание групповых тренировок в воскресенье утром у нас на сайте и в сторис в инстаграм чтобы наши клиенты могли планировать свои тренировки заранее. Все изменилось. Мы работаем для вас наши дорогие клиенты. Будем рады видеть вас снова у нас в фитнес-клубе.

Ужас в @PAPASMITHFITNESSMOSCOW 👎👎⛔🚷Администрация динамит мой конфликт с тренером. Тренер отказывается проводить оплаченные тренировки. А менеджеры вообще не решают вопрос. Ужасное отношение к клиентам.💩💩⛔ ⠀ А дело было так: оплатила тренеру абонемент❗тренеровок. Перевела на личную карту. Никакого договора об услуге предложено не было❌. Через неделю после оплаты тренер сообщает, что абонемет истекает за 21 день. На мое заявление, что никаких сроков мы не оговаривали, ответила, "все равно 21 день". Мне это совсем не удобно, я бы не переводила деньги, зная такие ограничения. Через 21 день тренер отказалась проводить тренировки. На просьбу вернуть деньги, поскольку услуга не оказана, ответила, что срок услуги прошел.
