Дружелюбный персонал, всё подсказали и показали. Много кормов, товаров, лекарства и экзотические животные. Приятно даже просто зайти. Мы купили себе Дегу и нам всё рассказали про них и что им нужно.

Магазин отличный, ассортимент на уровне, профессионализм продавцов радует. А главное товар есть не только для наших любимых пушистых четвероногих друзей (собаки и кошки), но и для более экзотических животных. Мыши для кормлежки от голышей до более взрослых особей, так же и с другими кормовыми. Так же на территории магазина находится ветаптека, в которой достаточно популярно объяснят что к чему. Ставлю пятерку магазину ещё и за то, что просто находятся рядом!:)

Отличный зоомагазин с широким выбором товаров. Есть уникальные корма для животных. Да и сами животные в наличии. Не только котята и щенки, но и рыбки, земноводные и т.п.

На днях решила зайти в зоомагазин, чтобы посмотреть для своей собаки кожаный ошейник с ручкой. Стояла у стенда с ошейниками, как вдруг ко мне подошел консультант и стал очень сильно навязывать то, что «я должна вам помочь, у меня работа такая, давайте все таки помогу». В итоге после того, как у нее уточнили наличие нужного мне ошейника, она впала в ступор и смотрела на меня непонимающими глазами. Не понимала, как выглядит ошейник с ручкой.Зачем брать на работу людей, которые даже не разбираются в том, что продают? – показать

После тримминга веста, все тело было в болячках, кровь текла по шерсти, невозможно было смотреть, от врача узнала что это не аллергия от тримминга,а то что мастер не имел понятия как это правильно делать! Я много лет считала Вас лучшими!(((
