Заказали пиццу на Озерной 42, живем в соседнем доме. Думали, что пиццу привезут быстро, минут через 10—15. В итоге, звонили 3 раза, в течение 1,5 часов, менеджер каждый раз говорила «ваш заказ в пути, в течение 15 минут будет доставлен». Потом статус заказа вообще поменялся на «заказ доставлен»… Пиццу мы так и не дождались. Мы позвонили сообщить о том,что отменяем заказ и принимать мы его не будем в любом случае,из принципа, после чего нам сказали, что оказывается наш заказ был отменён полчас а назад!!! Отвратительное обслуживание и отношение к клиентам. Жаль, что нельзя поставить меньше одной звёзды! Не советую!!! Не тратьте своё время! – показать

Заказывали пиццу в Ново-Переделкино два раза. Пиццерия N 48 на Озерной. В первый раз вошли в положение «загруженности», прождав пиццу 2,5 часа. Во-второй раз при заказе был интервал доставки до 1,5 часов. Не дождавшись пиццы и через это время, позвонили узнать, пиццерия N 48 в нашей галактике существует вообще. Нам менеджер предложил подождать еще 1,5 часа!!!!, а если вас не устраивает, звоните в колл-центр. Нам уже и пицца не нужна — дело принципа. Звоним в колл-центр…Представители компании «Папа Джонс», когда вам не чем будет заняться, позвоните в свой колл-центр, я вам даже напомню тел. 84956431272, пожалуйтесь на трех часовую задержку пиццы, и у вас будет приятное дежавю после общения с вашими сотрудниками, которые считают нормой не привезти такой сложный гастрономический продукт, как пицца, в течении трех часов с Озерной ул. до Боровского ш. при заказе за 1,5 часа. Причем уровень общения и образования полный…!!! А сейчас на бис! Мы уже спать легли, звонок с неизвестного номера: «Привезу пиццу через час». Да вы что? Перезваниваем уже для прикола, узнать причину «задержки». Какая жалость, мир не переживет такой информации: курьеры ну очень заняты, а менеджеры вообще в запарке, то ли пол помыть, то ли заказ принять. Эксклюзивная пицца — 5 часов на доставку!!! – показать
