Ипотека Достоинства: Удобно оплачивать. Удобно следить за перемещением средств. Недостатки: Плохое отношение к клиенту банка. Не интересны проблемы клиента. Не идут на выручку. Брал ипотеку в данном учреждении с супругой в 2016 году. В 2017 случился развод, в связи с этим на добровольной основе поделили имущество и обязанности. Тоесть ипотека досталась мне вместе с обязательствами по ней. Подавали на изменение кредитного договора, а именно вывод созаемщика из него. Прождали пол года и ответ отказ. Потом подали на изменение права собственности без изменения кредитного договора и в итоге через три месяца отказ без объяснения причин. Теперь начал заниматься рефинансированием ипотеки в другой банк. Так как в сбербанке я услышал то что им пофиг на меня и только банк решает, хочет он что-то менять или нет. Тоесть им пофигу на клиентов, которые приносят им доход.

Как оформлять ипотеку и людей в долги загонять - работает 12 специалистов. А когда нужно помочь с сопровождением уже оформленной ипотеки (заключить допсоглашение в связи с рождением второго ребёнка и госсубсидированием процентной ставки), то работает только один специалист, который вечно занят. В колл-центре сказали приезжать на московский проспект, 114в. Типа Там специалисты оформят всё за один день. Когда приехал - сказали: «Ну нет сегодня просто сотрудника, который оформляет такие Документы... езжайте на ворошилова, 8б».
