Хорошее предприятие, где работают очень опытные люди, так же завод им. Зверева был знаменит и внес огромный вклад во время ВОВ.

Категорически не рекомендую свзяываться с этим предприятием. Ниже обьясню почему . Взял при поступлении в университет целевое направление , рассказывали красиво, оклад 40 тысяч , премии за работу + за молодого специалиста в течении трех лет и будешь получать в среднем по 55-60. Если будешь хорошо учиться , без троек, то к универской стипендии получать будешь еще и от завода , по 30-50 тысяч в семестр жильем( общежитием) обеспечим . Круто думал я. Подписал . Когда учился уде начались подвохи , что за сессию с одними четверками , что за сессию с одними пчтерками получал одинаково 30тысяч. Как отучился пошел работать , опять в отделе кадров - щас вначале будешь получать по 40 тысяч , а после аттестации категорию дадут и будет больше . Ага , дали , и 40 тысяч и категорию . По факту - оклад 24 , по аттестации максимум 10 и твой оклад , а чтобы получить все это нужно еще и недельку за подписями побегать . Персональную надбавку тебе шиш кто даст . А работой заваливают . Чтобы уволиться отдел по обучению захотел 600 тысяч, это с учетом того, что год я отработал . Единственное , что более-менее это общкжитие , там коменданты молодцы , добрые и отзывчивые . Избегайте друзья мои этого завода и будет вам счастье

С июля вводят 4х дневку. Зарплата будет меньше. Минус 20-25 % потеряю. Ищу подработку.
