В клинику обращались, чтобы постричь маленькому щенку когти на лапах. Собаку нам отдали всю крови, кровь капала на пол, нам на одежду - собаке лапы даже не обработали. В итоге, на каждой лапе было по 2-3 кровоточащих когтя. Врач сказал, что собака невоспитанная, потому что дергалась, когда ей когти до крови стригли: «Воспитанная собака будет ровно сидеть, даже если ей лапу режут». Это фраза описывает отношение персонала и к животным, и к их хозяевам. Не думала, что отдав деньги за стрижку когтей, получу щенка, истекающего кровью, и долю хамства от ветеринара.

Вечером заметили очень пассивное поведение у кота, и по счастливой случайности в 22:00 работала только одна клиника рядом с домом. Думаю, это была чистая удача, я бы все отдал чтобы ко мне в больницах относились как Татьяна Викторовна отнеслась к моему коту. Мы провели в клинике порядка 2х часов, т.к. Татьяна Викторовна сказала, что никуда нас не отпустит пока не собьет температуру коту и не убедится, что в его состоянии нет ничего опасного. За это время, мы сделали практически полноценную диспансеризацию, и в конце обязала нас отчитаться ей лично о состоянии кота на следующий день. На следующий день для продолжения лечения мы снова пришли в клинику, и получили альтернативное обоснованное мнение о возможных болезнях от Виталия Алексеевича, в тот момент я понял, что в клинике работают профессионалы очень высокого уровня. Виталий Алексеевич вел лечение кота до момента полного выздоровления и сейчас наш член семью чувствует себя отлично. Я бы еще раз хотел выразить свою признательность всем сотрудникам и врачам клиники (особенно Шарашкиной Татьяне Викторовне и Балыкову Виталию Алексеевичу) за профессиональное, радушное и невероятно участное отношение к своим пациентам - это дорогого стоит. Огромное вам спасибо!
