Хорошо оборудованное место для проживания старых и немощных, замечательный отзывчивый персонал. Особая благодарность Лилии Валентиновне и нашей основной помощнице - Оленьке ( помогает нашей маме, Чекмарева Нине Петровне). Огромное вам спасибо !

Моя бабушка почти 2 года проживает в пансионате Доброта на Керамической. Лежачая после инсульта, глухая, с психическим расстройством, но родных узнаёт и довольно адекватно воспринимает окружающих. За два года на персонал ни разу не пожаловалась. Сама я вижу, что бабушка всегда чистая, ухоженная, довольная. Моя огромная благодарность персоналу и администрации пансионата за такое чуткое и внимательное обращение с пожилыми людьми. Сиделки добрые и отзывчивые, ни одного недовольного или раздражённого лица за 2 года я не видела. Лилия Валентиновна - старший работник пансионата всегда помогает решить проблемы, идёт на встречу родственникам, на связи 24 часа в сутки. Такой уход, как в пансионате, в домашних условиях обеспечить просто невозможно.

Ни о каких психотропах речи быть не может. За каждым пожилым человеком бегают. Отца с паркинсоном на ноги поставили(в рамках того ухода , который могут дать ). Спасибо коллективу за уход.
