Дом снаружи производит хорошее впечатление. Внутри абсолютно не соответствует заявленным задачам. Коридоры узкие, пол разноуровневый, санузлы на этаже общие. Персонал без униформы. Бедные постояльцы толпились в малюсеньком закутке с аниматором, растекаясь в коридор, мешая сиделкам. Их шпыняли, передвигая как помеху. Показалось, что грязновато. Даже раздеться негде. Вещи в прихожей навалены. Очень много народу, явно пытаются выжать прибыль из каждого см.

по телефону оператор проявил некомпетентность. при вопросе о номере ИНН и проекте договора пообещала выслать и пропала, заблокировав мой номер телефона . Попробовал позвонить с другого номера и тот же оператор начала мне хамить и грубить, сообщив, что не предоставит даже номер ИНН. Вывод - остерегайтесь мошенников, исли они общедоступные сведения скрывают даже от потенциальных клиентов. Фотографии используют чужие

Спасибо за Ваш отзыв. В связи с участившимися случаями мошенничества в целях безопасности, по внутреннему распоряжению Администрации пансионата данные организации по телефону не предоставляются. Вся информация по учредителям находится на стенде в пансионате в открытом доступе. Все телефонные разговоры записываются, работа колл-центра будет проверена. С уважением, Администрация пансионата.
