Обещаний со стороны заведения много, нюансы и пожелания были обговорены, а именно банальное-водить пожилую женщину до унитаза и обратно. На деле по приезду бабушки, персонал не стал утруждаться и водить ее туда, надели подгузник, замотали его скотчем и оставили лежать. Бабушка умерла спустя неделю после приезда, забрать просто не успели, хотя уже это было запланировано, не хватило пары дней. Кого винить в этом, и какие делать выводы о заведении и людях, которые там работают, решайте сами. Рот весь был пересушенный, челюсть немытая. Точного времени смерти никто не знает, так как обнаружили все родственники вечером, последний раз сотрудники были у неё в обеденное время. Ответ на то, почему не водили в туалет, не помогали подняться, не поили был примерно: «она не хотела, тяжело поднимать, что-то там болит и нет времени» никак не вяжется со скоростью ответа на отзыв и звонками родственникам с целью разборок за плохой отзыв, пока они находятся на судмедэкспертизе. Не очаровывайтесь фотографиями и обещаниями. Всем желаю быть внимательнее: сотрудникам, родственникам. Обратите внимание на ответ руководителя на такое оказание услуги: "вас, наверное, мучает чувство вины...". Не можете сделать-не беритесь. Привязывать сюда рассуждения о том, что там кто-то чувствует никакого отношения к сфере услуг не имеет. Претензии не было бы, если бы человек был лежачим в день заселения.
