Обслуживание на отличном уровне. Оперативное, неназойливое и внимательное. Официанты в белых перчатках. После прогулки по Владимиру было приятно провести обед. Сытное и вкусное первое. Интересно был приготовлен судак по фирменному рецепту, получился очень нежным с хрустящей корочкой подаваемый с картофельным пюре на сливках и вкусным хлебом. Нежная текстура картофельного пюре оттеняла вкус судака. И особенно хочется отметить десерт "Анна Павлова", он вызвал восторг.

Хорошее месторасположение, в историческом центре Владимира, но дорога вечно шумящая, плюс виды на деревянные полуразвалившиеся бараки, все портят. Оригинальный ремонт, новые помещения, но следить за ними нужно лучше, вода в ванной течет прямо на пол через дырки между отвалившимся плинтусом и ванной. Вешалка прямо над зеркалом для верхних вещей вообще браво! Повесил вещи и зеркала не видно. Завтраки вкусные, но право выбора нет, а вдруг я масло и кашу не ем или мясо. Мелочи, но из них складывается мнение!

Отлично расположение. Чистый номер отличное бельё. Сытный завтрак. Красивый отель и территория. Минус : плохая вытяжная вентиляция в ванной. Есть запах.
