Крайне недоволен остался от привезенного товара. Привезли реальный брак (не кондиция) по всему полотну проплешины бамбук перекрученный. Использовать полотно не возможно. 12.07.2019 сделал заказ в интернет магазине panda-stroy.ru Бамбуковое полотно ламель 4,8 мм натур с нитью - 0,9 м. - 3 метра и Бамбуковое полотно ламель 4,8 мм с нитью тон 1 - 0,9 м. – 7 метров на сумму 3470 руб. с супер дорогой доставкой 900 руб. Привезли 15,07,2019 после 18-00.

Уважаемый Сергей Куриленко. Интернет магазину «Panda-Stroy» очень важно мнение каждого покупателя о нашей работе и товаре, спасибо Вам за это. На вашу претензию отвечаем следующее, что как только Вы обратились в наш интернет магазин вам предложили заехать в магазин (точки самовывоза), где Вы могли бы лично осмотреть материал и принять решение о его покупке, если качество материала вас устроило бы. Бамбуковые материалы имеют целый ряд особенностей связанных с их природной структурой, условиями произрастания и т.д.. Покупка натуральных материалов существенно отличается от покупки, например телевизора определенной марки, где он в разных магазинах будет одинаков всегда. Полотно, которое вы приобрели, у нас всегда такого качества, так как это самое дешевое бамбуковое полотно и на него используется сырье более низкого сорта чем на полотна других видов. Но это не бракованное полотно или «не кондиция» как Вы упомянули. Мы даем право покупателю приобрести более дешевое полотно, с тем качеством, которое вы получили, либо купить более дорогое с качеством сырья выше и лучше. Выбор всегда за покупателем, и лучше делать выбор по нашим материалам вживую, а не у монитора компьютера. Стоимость доставки по городу Москва у нас действительно 900рублей, но мы не навязываем эту услугу, каждый покупатель сам определяет брать ему эту услугу или нет, тем более что есть альтернатива – самовывоз .

Осталась очень довольна оперативной работой магазина, разместила заказ на бамбуковое полотно в 13 часов, а в 16 часов курьер уже доставил мне его домой!! к качеству продукции претензий нет! всем рекомендую этот магазин
