Сдал летом 2012 г. в ремонт видеомагнитофон по причине нарушений в лентопротяжке. За ремонт с меня взяли 2000 руб. После ремонта в течении гарантийного срока в процессе воспроизведения кассета застопорилась, лентопротяжка снова перестала работать и пришлось магнитофон вернуть на повторный ремонт. И после него через короткое время работы произошел точно такой же отказ. Это уже в третий раз. Поскольку стало ясно, что в сервисе не могут сделать надлежащего ремонта, попросил вернуть деньги и получил отказ. По моим претензиям получил странный ответ, что-де я сам виноват, что неправильно вставляю кассету (???). Так фирма продемонстрировала свою несостоятельность и безответственность. Потому будущим клиентам стоит задуматься, надо ли связываться с этой фирмой, которая беззастенчиво берет деньги и выдает халтуру.

Здравствуйте, сдавали в ремонт плазменный телевизор, спустя неделю, нам сказади,что телевизор исправлен и шумы исходящие из него считается нормой!!! Скажите,пожалуйста, как шумы могут считаться нормой, если звук практически не слышен из-за гудения ??? если вы не можете ответить,то оставьте,пожалйста, контакты с кем можно переговорить по данному вопросу.
