Была на маникюре с педикюром. Итого весь процесс 130 мин вместо заявленных 90, всё-таки это не 10-15 мин лишних. Мастера очень слабые. На ногах один палец ужасно болит (срезали кутикулу под мясо), на стопе спилили кожу до крови почти в одном месте, пятки наоборот не допилили (осталась жестковатая корка). Лак постоянно почему то затекал в ложе ногтя и мастеру приходилось много раз выпиливать пилкой застывший лак. На руках маникюр более или менее но в силу не опытности мастера оооочень долго. Дезинфекция на очень низком уровне. Хожу в салон Пальчики на Б. Дмитровке там в целях дезинфекции в ванну для ног кладут пакет, тут ни тебе пакетов ни внимание! протирания ванночки с дезинфектором после клиента, просто сполоснули водичкой ( пока я сидела наблюдала такую картину после трёх посетителей, значит это системное нарушение). Ультрафиолетовая лампа в зале не работала, а точнее мигала индикатором для смены лампы, значит администратор не просматривает такие важные в настоящее время моменты! Посещала этот салон в третий раз в жизни в прошлые разы аналогично были очень слабые мастера. Странно что это одна сеть но подходы к управлению по сравнению с той же Б. Дмитровкой очень разные!
