Бракоделы. Несколько лет покупал их конверты из крафт-бумаги. До 2017 года всё было ОК. В 2019 закупился оптом их конвертами из крафт-бумаги формата С5. Прочность стала выше, но на них просто невозможно печатать на лазерных принтерах: бумага поменялась (по сравнению с предыдущими тиражами) и печать осыпается, доставить конверт невозможно. То есть, нет никакого смысла покупать эти конверты - получатель никогда не получит корреспонденцию.

В ответ на Ваш отзыв, сообщаем: что с 2018 года изменилось не качество крафт бумаги, а сама бумага. Т.к. компания UPM закрыла линию по производству данной бумаги и поставки импортного крафта вообще были прекращены. Специалистами нашей компании была проведена работа по поиску и замене сырья для данной продукции. В свою очередь мы проинформировали основных Заказчиков данной продукции о смене материалов. Так же остается открытым вопрос о месте приобретения продукции, у нас вы ее не приобретали! Скорее всего Вы купили данные конверты у одного из наших дилеров, почему они не указывают для каких видов печати предназначен конверт, мы ответить не можем. При печати на принтере есть свои особенности, не каждый материал подойдет для печати. Например: конверты с прозрачным окном вообще не подходят, т.к. окно плавится и деформируется. Мы в свою очередь всегда предупреждаем об этой и других особенностях. В сложившейся ситуации можем предложить следующие варианты: - закупать конверты из офсетной бумаги - использовать для персонализации конверта самоклеящиеся стикеры - заказывать конверты с печатью, непосредственно в нашей компании
