Мы были в Италии (Рим/Сперлонга). Организация тура на высшем уровне: индивидуальный трансфер на премиум машине, отличное состояние отеля, сервис, кухня. На месте покупали экскурсии у ПАК ГРУПП – в Помпеи и по побережью Одиссея, очень довольны и программой и гидами. Отдельно хочу отметить отель ELAIA GARDEN в Сперлонге и его персонал во главе с хозяином Умберте: Татьяну на ресепшн, Екатерину в ресторане. Все очень старались, были приветливы и готовы были выполнить любое наше пожелание.

Отдыхали в Италии в Кампителло, отель Alpi 3*. Вернулись довольные и счастливые. Все было отлично! Pac group как всегда на высоте! Спасибо за организацию отдыха.

Не возвращает деньги. Приобрел тур в Прагу, границы закрылись, а Пактур не отдает деньги. Говорит, что приберег их до лучших времен. Обходите стороной эту контору и предупредите турагента, чтобы больше с ней не сотрудничал.

Пользуюсь услугами Пакгрупп более 5 лет. В основном заказываю круизы. Обслуживание на отлично, менеджеры все приветливве, если заняты, всегда перезванивают. Оформление виз, страховки в общем полный пакет в срок. Сопровождающие в круизе оказыаают помощь.
