Записалась в врачу Лору.Но отказали сказали по семейным обстоятельствам не сможет принять ,хотя на сайте ни брони ничего не было.И что очень меня настораживает звонят мне абсолютно на другой номер,хотя я записалась онлайн вообще по другому номеру.У меня вопрос откуда вам известен мой другой номер? Очень расстроилась

Хочу оставить отзыв о работе администратора центра. Была запись к спортивному врачу 03.10.26 на 9.00. Я пииглав 8.40, девушка-стажёр оформила меня, направила в нужный кабинет. Я находилась прямо у дверей кабинета и в одном метре от табло, где показана очередь по номеркам. Просидев 30 минут, мой номер все висит в колонке "ждите", пошла в кабинет без приглашения. Врач сказала, что моего номера нет у нее в компьютере в очереди, но потом, посмотрев, нашла мою запись на 9.00. Спустившись вниз, указала администратору на эту проблему, получив в ответ "вы пропустили свой номер, он загорелся, вы не вошли в кабинет, вотон и слетел". Напомню, что сидела рядом с кабинетом и табло, кроме того, врач сама отслеживала, чтоб заходили по очереди по номерам, и даже искала одного пациента, когда загорелся его номер, но он был далеко и не слышал!!!!!! Врач подтвердила, что моего номера не было у нее в очереди. И вместо извинений, возможно произошел технический сбой или некомпетентность стажера сыграла роль, администратор -стажер начала рассказывать эту историю другим администратором, так что слышали все люди, находящиеся там. Считаю такое поведение администратора отвратительным и некомпетентным. Прошу руководство принять меры!!!
