25.05.2020 14:00-15:00 (5 ворота) поменял масло двс. Цены масла дороже на 30% от средней рыночной. После замены обнаружил, что не закручена сливная пробка и соответственно масло подтекало( Очень не приятно. -1 постоянный клиент.

Добрый день Евгений! Цена на масло наших конкурентов может отличаться как в большую, так и в меньшую сторону. Мы постоянно мониторим рынок автомасел. Если Вы увидели разницу в 30%, то нужно задуматься о качестве продукта, которое Вам предлагается с таким дисконтом. По замене, если действительно обнаружится недоработка нашего слесаря, то конечно мы всё исправим. Для этого необходимо обратиться в администрацию магазина, написать претензию. Мы обязательно разберёмся.

Продали масло, а замену ждать 2 часа, деньги возвращать отказались. Пришлось связаться с управляющим, чтобы хоть как-то произвести замену. Сервис ужасный

Добрый день Александр. Приносим Вам свои извинения за ожидание замены масла в автомобиле. В данный период действительно наблюдались очереди, связанные с ограничениями, из-за пандемии. На сегодняшний день весь персонал работает, очередей нет.

Как обычно, как все торгаши, Ойл-маркет в своей рекламе. «…При покуке масла — замена бесплатно». Сегодня, в 13.37 позвонил им, чтобы уточнить возможность купить масло и выполнить замену в вариаторе на Ниссан-Икстрейл. Оказалось, на вариатор — замена платная… Не знаю, как другие, а я лично больше с этими связываться не буду.
