Накануне позвонила нотариусу Овинниковой. Мне было сказано придти на следующий день к двум. Без десяти минут два я была по адресу. Меня встретила закрытая железная дверь. В режиме работы было написано, что обед у нотариуса Овинниковой до 14.00, но и в 14.20 ее не было на месте. На звонки никто не отвечал. К этому времени собралась очередь. Но ждать дальше на промозглом ветру я уже не могла. Как можно иметь дело с нотариусом, который даже вовремя не появляется на рабочем месте?! Никому не советую иметь дело с нотариусом Овинниковой Светланой Владимировной.
