Мы с супругом когда подбирали себе квартиру, обращались в данное агентство недвижимости для того чтобы они нам подобрали квартиру. Буквально за десять дней сотрудники данной компании нашли нам отличный вариант трех комнатной квартиры в центре города по умеренной цене. Здесь работают настоящие профессионалы своего дела. Остались очень довольны. Цены у них приемлемые. Также нам было очень важно чтобы все было в порядке со всеми юридическими документами по квартире, так как мы в этом не особо разбираемся. В общем моя оценка десять из десяти, при надобности будем обращаться только в данное агентство недвижимости.

на сколько задержали сдачу? ничего не нужно подписывать, нет такой обязанности по 214 ФЗ. после сдачи можно отсудить у застроя лям-другой ))
