Из окна моей новостройки (ул. Конная д.3) отличный вид. Но более всего радует вид работающих озеленителей и прочих благоустроителей. Думаю у этого микрорайона хорошие песпективы.

Приобрела здесь квартиру на стадии стройки, само место слов нет, все супер, Пятницкое шоссе и митино рядом в пешей доступности. Теперь про сам ЖК! Дальше радости заканчиваются. Отделка жуть, самое дешёвое, что застройщик нашёл, двери входные, картонные, как и стены! Слышны все разговоры соседей за стеной, сверху тоже хорошая слышимость на 2 этажа примерно. Всё что касается канализации, сантехники и тд просто ужас, все слышно, как вода льётся у соседей. При чем слышно это из комнаты. Подумайте, если решили тут купить...
