в июле месяце заблокировал банковскую карту по телефону через три месяца приходит письмо что карта не была заблокирована оплатите 2000р за то что пользовались бред лохотрон

Этот банк меня не разочаровал. Сотрудничала с ним около двух лет. Ни разу не была недовольна. В договорах никаких подводных камней и строчек мелким шрифтом. Все сотрудники очень вежливые и услужливые. Обслуживают молниеносно. У них все компьютеризировано и для оформления договора самой ничего писать не надо, только подпись поставить. В общем, меня устроило абсолютно все. Молодцы!

Ужасен весь ОТП-банк. Семь лет назад закрыла все счета и карту, сейчас банк начал требовать с меня 59 руб. Ответа на вопрос откуда долг банк не дает и продолжает методично требовать 59 руб.

Всем доброго дня. Во-первых, в описании грамматические ошибки. Во-вторых, этот банк — откровенные мошенники. Звоню узнать остаток по карте, в call-центре не видят информацию о карте из-за просрочки ежемесячного платежа. Автоинформирование (это когда отправляешь слово CARD на короткий номер 5927) называет одну сумму, колцентр отсылает на номер 88007009740, а там называют сумму на 4000 больше. Ничего не объясняя!!! «Мы ничем не можем Вам помочь!» Что, серьёзно, ничем??? Это нормально??? Ребята, об ходите стороной за километр этот банк! Ни в коем случае НИЧЕГО ТАМ НЕ БЕРИТЕ И НИКАКИХ ВКЛАДОВ НЕ ОТКРЫВАЙТЕ!!!!!! – показать
