В банке всегда полно народу, из-за чего создаются очереди. Девушки-операционистки не торопятся в обслуживании. Потеряла целый час в этом отделении для того, чтобы оплатить уже заполненную квитанцию на учебу в институте. При этом в отделении сидело 3 девушки-операционистки (не считая кредитных менеджеров), но одна из них разговаривала по телефону, вторая копалась в каких-то документах. В результате клиентов обслуживала только одна операционистка, которая еле шевелилась. Когда очередь начала возмущаться ответом было: "Не нравится, идите в другой банк. Рядом сбербанк находится". Не ценят они свои клиентов.

Была 3 года назад , обслуживание было на высоте!!!! После посещения филиала на Преображенке, я в таком шоке от игнора была , что опять вернулась сюда и не ошиблась , очень помогли мне , за что очень благодарна всему коллективу !!!10 звезд!!!!

Самый неудобный банк. Навязывают услуги - открыли без моего согласия кредитную карту и отправили по старому месту жительства. Когда задала вопрос, почему без моего ведома на мое имя открывают карты - ответили, что это прописано в договоре. Это очень неприятно. Ни при каких жизненных обстоятельствах больше не буду оформлять через этот банк кредиты.

Ленивые работники, не знают тонкостей о собственных банковских продуктах. Нужно было закрыть карту, в итоге час был потрачен впустую, а карту так и не закрыли и четкой информации по дальнейшим действиям для закрытия карты не дали
