Маленькое помещение. Не вентилируемое. Одни клиенты ждут минимум час в очереди, когда вновь пришедшие проходят. Система с талонами глючит.

Впервые столкнулась с этим банком и больше никогда не обращусь к нему. Маразм просто, ни техподдержка в приложении не может решить проблему, ни звонок. Кто бы мог подумать, что закрытие счета это что-то нереальное. Обещают, что внесешь необходимую сумму и счет автоматически закроется в ближайший платеж. По факту, на счету откуда-то лишние 300 рублей, счет закрыть можно только после написания заявление на перевод средств в другое место, с комиссией 50 рублей. Нужно потратить время, чтобы найти офис, переться туда и тратить деньги на бензин, чтобы просто наконец-то закрыть счет. А сейчас отделения не работают вообще. И я просто не могу ничего сделать. Это ужас

Это не банк, это шарашкина контора! Работает один человек на весь банк, один терминал и тот не работает. Закрывают перед носом двери за пол часа до закрытия. Не стоит связываться с этой богодельней!

Всем доброго дня. Во-первых, в описании грамматические ошибки. Во-вторых, этот банк — откровенные мошенники. Звоню узнать остаток по карте, в call-центре не видят информацию о карте из-за просрочки платежа. Автоинформирование называет одну сумму, колцентр отсылают на номер 88007009740, а там называют сумму на 4000 больше. Ничего не объясняя. Это нормально?? Ребята, обходите стороной этот банк!
