Отвратный банк, не организованная работа На вопрос у работницы банка «когда откроется касса» она мне ответила « не знаю, наверное часов в 12», как это вообще понимать. Не приветливые, не здороваются, не регулируют что происходит в зале банка. Это помимо того, что они обманули при выдачи кредита, ещё и « впихнули» мне карту без моего согласия, а на ней дикая стоимость обслуживания при этом не зачем не нужная и их же банкомат не обслуживает их же карты. Да они дают кредиты чаще чем другие, но они того не стоят

Не берите тут ни чего, это мошенники!!! Брал кредит в 2012 году все выплатил даже брал справку о выплате !!! При переезде выкинул ,через два года, даже не думал, что понадобится спустя 8 лет. И вот в феврле 2020 года всплывает за должность 9 гребаных рублей. И просрочка 180 дней бред!!! Наверное таким образом они хотели чтоб в старости я им 90 тыс отдал с процентами. Теперь из за ОТП не дают кредит в других , как это называется!!! Слов нет подобрать!!!

Невозможно дозвониться до оператора, отвечает автоответчик, и операторы не могут адекватно решить проблему.
