Хуже отделения банка да и принципе банка я не видела. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ НЕКОМУ СЮДА ПРИХОДИТЬ. Пришла 16/11 получить перевод золотой короны, я иностранный гражданин и данные в моем паспорте на английском языке. Девушка, сидевшая там, сотрудником банка я её не назову, потому что представление о сотрудниках банка у меня совсем другое. Так вот, девушка сказала, что я не получу перевод НИГДЕ, так как цитирую: Мы в России живем и язык у нас русский! Девушка, Вам просто стыдно должно быть, что Вы языка английского не знаете. Как Вас вообще на работу взяли! Вы бы по телефону лучше меньше болтали и не хамили клиентам! Я ей даю свой паспорт и перевод, говорю девушка, у меня по-другому и не будет. Паспорт нерусский. Нет говорит, звоните отправителю и пусть он меняет на русские данные. Причём, на меня было 2 перевода, один она мне как-то выдала, а вот второй нельзя выдавать. Необразованная так ещё и хамка, сначала мы прождали её, потому что она по мобильному болтала, потом она ещё и мозги начала нам крутить. В итоге: я пошла в банк Кубань Кредит и мне легко все выдали! Легко! Потому что отказать они не имеют права, данные в моем паспорте русскими и не могут быть, а перевод паспорта+ ВНЖ предоставлен. Поэтому подумайте 100 раз прежде чем, вообще идти в этот банк. Шарашкина контора!

Это отделение банка, сколько раз я не обращалась, мне ни разу не помогли. Всегда отправляли в центр. Так что сразу обращайтесь в центральный отп, тут вам ни чем не помогут.
