Некомпетентное обслуживание, грубый, неквалифицированный персонал. Работают очень медленно. Если вы хотите получить грубость, потратить лишнее время и уйти с плохим настроением - вам сюда!

Пришла в отп банк на Зорге 15, два клиента и шесть работников,которые сидят в компьютерах и не принимают людей!!!!!просилела в очереди из одного человек 37 минут,консультант(видимо стажер)ничего не понимал в моем вопросе,вечно что то высматривал в блокноте,очень долго разбиралась с моим вопросом(открытие карты)все спрашивала у коллеги,я в бешенстве и полном шоке !!!!бейджиков женщины не носят,помочь не могут !!!!!!

5.09.24 я наконец нашла время обратиться в офис банка ОТП, ибо банк ОТП у нас особенный! При оформление кредита у них, ты должен ещё обязательно обратиться в офис банка, чтобы было удобно этот кредит оплачивать через приложение. И решила обратиться в единственный в моём районе офис по адресу Зорге, 15. Уточнила через интернет, всё ок, всё работает. Приезжаю и вуаля! Оказывается отделение НЕ РАБОТАЕТ ещё с 17.07.24! Но зачем же об этом знать клиентам банка?!! Банк считает, что незачем!
