Странный банк. Сотрудники могут только кодовое слово поменять. Больше никаких операций они не могут совершать. Остальные вопросы на горячей линии. На горячей линии отсылает в банк....Зачем вообще тогда офис?... Почему нельзя все вопросы сразу решить в одном месте?

Со всеми предыдущими отзывами - не согласен! Только в части режима работа, не удобно. Но в остальном - приятный персонал, вежливо и оперативно решили необходимый вопрос. Менеджеру Сабине отдельное спасибо. Присутствовал при общении других сотрудников с клиентами банка, все корректно и тактично! Уверен, что те, кого все устроило просто не оставили отзывы, а кто был не удовлетворен в своих потребностях, тот и наставил низкую оценку, которая в свою очередь не объективна и привела к снижению рейтинга! Учтите, что это не сетевой банк, а лишь его представительство в нашем городе. Граждане, будьте впредь объективны при формировании оценки! Еще раз спасибо!
