15.12.2020 года пришёл в филиал ОТП банка по адресу г Омск ул Менделеева 29 примерно в 10 утра чтобы внести очередной платёж наличными в кассу.(посмотрите по камерам) Молодой человек за стойкой послал меня платить в банкомат не принадлежащий банку. Когда я ответил что хочу заплатить в кассу на прямую без комиссии, он мне заявил что всё равно надо заплатить ему 100 руб с верху моего платежа!!! Либо надо приходить после 18 часов чтобы не было комиссии. Я "уговорил" и оплатил без комиссии. УВАЖАЕМАЯ СЛУЖБА БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ ЧТО ЗА БАРЫГА У ВАС ЗАВЁЛСЯ? РАЗБЕРИТЕСЬ ПОЖАЛУЙСТА. Я много лет являюсь партнёром банка но такой дикой наглости не разу не встречал. С Уважением. 89136680611

Глядя на здание с бросающейся в глаза огромной вывеской ожидаешь увидеть титанический по своим размерам офис банка, где работает не меньше сотни человек. На практике же оказывается, что это небольшой филиал банка, где всего 5 или 6 касс. Работают стандартно 2-3. Ничем особым не примечателен, разве что можно узнать свои штрафы по линии ГАИ и тут же оплатить их.
