Даже одну «звезду» для этого банка ставить - слишком много! Сотрудничал с множеством банков,но таких как «это» ОТП ... Самый уёбищ***й банк из всех возможных! И это касается не только этого офиса, в котором сидят тупые клуши ,которые них** не могут помочь и решить элементарные проблемы с которыми приходят люди...но и сам банк по всей России! Банк полное гавнищ* !!! Тем кто связывался поддержат, а те кто не связывался,не советую вам вообще брать какой либо кредит,рассрочку и какие либо вклады! Дерут элементарно проценты за платежи у их же партнеров, т.к они сами лично платёж принять не могут, а терминалы оплаты также лупят комиссию!!!! Отвратительное обслуживание во всем - ни на горячей линии нихрена не знают(ждать нужно по 20 минут в лучшем случае,потом вас отфутболят на другого «специалиста» горячей линии и вы прождёте ещё минут 15!!!!), ни в отделениях банка. Поверьте - помощи вы не дождётесь, а решить вопрос будет стоить вам колоссального времени и нервов! ДАЖЕ НЕ РАЗДУМЫВАЙТЕ, чтобы как то с ними связываться. Кредитные специалисты(где-то в магазинах, которые как представители) которые предложат вам возможный вариант кредита или рассрочки в ОТП - ничего общего не имеют с самим банком! Надеюсь мой отзыв поможет хоть кому то) И это далеко не весь список огромнейших минусов у данного банка....
