Бесполезное отделение, хотел написать заявление о том чтобы прислали бумажное письмо о закрытии кредита, они сказали все через поддержку по телефону, а они тут просто так сидят и только оформляют... Идиотизм)

Банк полное Г.....о !!!! Место положение не подъехать. Обслуживание ужасное. В кабинете куча столов и людей а обслуживает один и очень долго. Очередь постоянная. Если Вам дорого время и нервы. НЕ СВЯЗЫВАЙТЕСЬ!!!!!;

Хороший банк, оформляла здесь технику в рассрочку. Абсолютно без переплаты, так как оформляла меня моя знакомая девочка) А так обязательно всучили бы какие-нибудь услуги страхования и еще какие-нибудь дополнительные услуги. А вообще проценты в этом банке такие же, как и в других подобных банках. Отделения для клиентов нету, поэтому представителя банка можно найти только в магазинах.

Мне этот банк не особо нравится. Во-первых, нет никакого отделения банка для клиентов, расположенного в нашем городе. Представителя банка можно увидеть только в каких-либо магазинах. По возникающим вопросам обращаться только на горячую линию. Также процентные ставки здесь средние, ничем не отличаются от процентов у банков-конкурентов. При оформлении кредитов навязывают дополнительные услуги типа страхования.

Полчаса искал их офис, ни вывесок, ни малейших намеков на то, где они находятся, а здание огромное.

Добрый день ! Люди ,это полный лохотрон ! Не верьте, обманут ! Взяли с меня 9500т.р , а в обратку ничего ! Наобещали, стали гарантом и не фига ! Балаболы ! Люди , прежде чем идти в офис, почитайте отзывы ! И трубку не берут, ничего не объясняют ! Грубияны, нахалы, хамы ! Лохотронщики, только через юристов с ними можно справится, чтоб забрать свои 9500т.р ! Я консультировалась с юристом и в скором времени мы их посетим, посмотрим, что они скажут ! Как оказалось, не я одна жалуюсь на них ! Эти деньги для меня не лишние были, я очень надеялась на них, но они не люди ! И Бога не бояться , ну ничего, Бог им судья !
