НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ РАБОТАТЬ С ЭТИМ БАНКОМ! Работа сотрудников самая худшая, что я видел. После закрытия кредита своевременно, обязывают открыть кредитку, либо заплатить N-ую сумму. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ РАБОТАТЬ С ЭТИМ БАНКОМ!

Отделение работает до 20.00 по будням. Пришел я в 19.15 примерно, взял номерок, сел в общую очередь. Думал, в худшем случае, через полчаса обслужат. Оказалось все гораздо печальнее. За 40 с небольшим минут в очереди продвинулся всего на 3 позиции. А знаете, почему? Потому что было всего 2 специалиста на все отделение. Ушел без пяти 8, понимая, что за оставшееся время еще троих людей, которые передо мной, обслужить не успеют.

Сегодня пришла в отделение получить перевод Вестерн Юнион. Просидев в очереди пол часа сотрудник мне заявил, что переводы не выдают, если ты не клиент банка. В интернете на сайте вестерн юниона и на сайте самого отп банка написано, что все можно. Когда я спросила уверен ли он, он сказал да и перевод мне никак не получить.Почему сотрудники вашего банка сами не знают какие услуги они выполняют. Позор! Как только я вышла из банка я позвонила на горячую линию банка, где меня известили, что переводы вестерн юнион выдают любому физич лицу внезависимости являетесь вы клиетом или нет. Ситуация произошла 28.10.2020 отделение на большом проспекте пс г спб. Обучите пожалуйста своих сотрудников во первых их должностным обязанностям, во вторых вежливости. Разговор был а 18.30 с единственным молодым человеком сотрудником банка.

В целом нормально. Но нужно ездить лично и отказываться от страховки за кредит. Т.к. при заключении договора галочки стоят автоматически и ничего не переделать. В приложении не видно своего текущего баланса. Конкретно в этом отделении долго сидел ждал очереди, чтобы отказаться от страховки.

Да общение на нуле ,общаться не умееют,пришла досросно погасить кредит,так ничего не поняла,общаться не умеет совершенно!!!как будто их заставили насильно там работать и они свою злость и Непрофессионализм показывают ,ужас впечатление мерзкое
