Обратились в организацию ООО "Тандем" Хабаровск,профиль в drom. ru tandemKHV.29 октября 2019 заказали детали на авто MITSUBISHI EK-WAGON 2013г.заплатили 21000(фара,колодки,привода)чек и переписка имеются!!!!. Комания очень медлила с отправкой деталей(заказывали доставку в Благовещенск)отправили детали спустя 4 дня.в итоге мы не получили колодки.все детали пришли спустя 10 дней,хотя обещали 2-3 дня!первые дни после того как мы обратились в фирму с указанием того,что мы не получили часть деталей,они обещали отправить,"кормили нас завтраками". Но теперь на связь не выходят. сообщения игнорируют. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЕМ данную фирму.будьте бдительны.на дроме только положительные отзывы. А на самом деле кидают на деньги.прошло уже 2 недели со дня оплаты,колодки так и не доотправлены.

Здравствуйте, вы приобретали запчасти не у нас,а у частного продавца,который снимает помещение! все вопросы решайте с ним,т.к. он к нам не имеет ни какого отношения,кроме общего помещения!
