Обращались в прошлом году. Примерно за месяц до дня рождения ребенка забронировали помещение. За несколько дней до ДР, нас "осчастливили" тем, что наше помещение на данное время будет занято, предложили либо другое время, либо другое место(детская библиотека на площади Юности). Согласились на пл.Юности, о чем очень пожалели. Во время проведения праздника пришли незнакомые дети, поставили свои телефоны на подзарядки и сели ждать, потом зашла женщина и стала бродить по помещению. Администратор совершенно не урегулировала процесс проведения мероприятия. Аниматор(любимый герой на выбор), оказалась девушка в, производящем впечатление грязного, костюме клоуна, хотя возможности выбора героя нам не предоставили(((. За накладку с помещением нам предложили бесплатную дополнительную услугу по приготовлению сахарной ваты, но так, как сладостей в детском меню у нас было достаточно, то эта опция оказалась лишней. Когда выносили торт, даже не согласовали с нами момент выноса и мы не успели заснять это на видео. Помещение по договору предоставлялось на три часа, а выключили музыку и притушили большую часть света примерно через 2ч40мин., в общем намекнули чтобы "выметались". Ещё хочу посоветовать " Открывашкам"для проведения опции по изготовлению лизунов- приобрести фартуки, чтобы дети не пачкали парадную одежду.

Хамское отношение девушки-менеджера! Пропало желание вообще иметь дело с этой организацией! Предлагает сначала под ключ за 25-35 тысяч, если просишь более бюджетное , то начинает вести себе заносчиво. Руководству стоит обраьить внимание на подбор персонала!!!
