Прождал час, а потом мне сказали, что в банке такой суммы нет 2000р, я думал это юмор такой, а нет деньги так и не отдали)

Нужно было поменять номер телефона, привязанного к карте. Все поменяли быстро. Но продолжают слать смс на старый номер, а теперь выяснилось что по номеру телефона нельзя переводы делать внутри банка потому что номер не актуализирован, чтобы это ни значило

Был два раза и оба раза банкомат не работал на приём средств

Всего два клиента было впереди по электронной очереди.Обслуживание затянулось на 1час 40 мин.Предварительно записаться по всем каналам и сайтам невозможно.

Добрый день! АШОТ, миленький, ПОМОГИ! В договоре указана дата срока окончания вклада 4 декабря 2016 г…это воскресенье…не могу узнать работу отделения в этот день…по телефону говорит ав/отв : » ваша очередь ожидания более 7 мин…, примите наши извинения» и снова повтор сказанного и так уже два дня!
