Банк Открытие... В 2010 году взяла я в Приват Банке кредитную карту. Пользовалась я ей не очень активно, но человек я ответственный и долгов у меня никогда не было. После закрытия банка, моя карта перешла в Бин Банк. Мне позвонили, сказали что нужно подъехать, перевыпустить карту. Кредитный лимит к тому времени у меня был 180000. Все оказалась быстро и легко, я приехала, мне выдали новую карту. Карта меня иногда очень сильно выручала, условия меня более чем устраивали. И вот снова, Бин банк прикрыли и моя карта оказалась в банке Открытие. Мне пришло в декабре смс сообщение, что карта моя будет не активна к концу месяца, что необходимо приехать в банк. Я подумала, что снова, чисто формально нужно переоформить карту. Приехала в банк, улыбчивая девушка Марина мне говорит, что чтобы переоформить карту мне нужно принести кучу документов. Меня это не устроило и я решила закрыть карту. Написала заявление. Оплатила весь долг, кинула на карту даже чуть больше, чтобы в дальнейшем небыло никаких проблем. Улыбчивая девушка Марина сказала, чтобы я приехала через 45 дней, к тому времени мой счёт закроют и мне дадут справку о закрытии. Сегодня я приехала за заветной справкой. Не менее улыбчивая девушка Анастасия мне говорит, что счёт мой никто не закрывал и вообще у меня задолженность 39 рублей...Я честно говоря была в шоке... Хорошо, что копия моего заявления у меня была с собой. 39 рублей я конечно заплатила, обещали завтра справку сделать, но осадочек остался... Это на что рассчитано? Что человек, который не придёт за справкой, через несколько лет узнает, что должен банку кругленькую сумму? Будьте аккуратнее, доводите дела с банками до конца. А банк открытие теперь считаю не чистым на руку!
