Отвратительный сервис, стажеры не разбираются в продукте, заявленные 8,5% по первому году - это "пыль" в глаза клиенту. Без страховки, а это 8-12% от суммы кредита, никак не получается 8,5%. С чего следует фиктивная ставка в районе 13%. Второй момент.....улыбаться научитесь.

Учитывая всю важность страхования, банк рекомендует оформить кредит с защитой, потому что эта услуга дает клиентам или их близким возможность погасить задолженность за счет страховой компании, если наступит страховой случай, а также дополнительную защиту и помощь за пределами РФ. При оформлении дополнительной финансовой защиты всем клиентам доступно оформление кредита с минимальной процентной ставкой на первый год, которая позволит сэкономить на процентах. Участие в программе страхования является добровольным решением клиента.​

Когда в данном банке была другая управляющая и другие операторы все было быстро и прекрасно. Сейчас просто отвратительное отделение стало, приходится по часу с лишнем сидеть у менеджера и ждать пока он все уточнит по телефону что и как делать. Каких-то необученных дилетантов понабрали. А когда говоришь с управляющей и видимо с ее помощницей, то говорят «это ваши трудности, что такие менеджеры»
