Обслуживание ниже плинтуса! Перекупили мою иппотеку, и хотел узнать какие нужны документы для рефинансирования, но для этого надо звонить на 8800ххххх и В ТЕЧЕНИИ ТРЕХ ДНЕЙ!!!! Мне перезвонит специалист. Вот это бред. А номера телефона филиала вообще нет.

Ужас!!!! Перевели с Абсолюта в Открытие по ипотечному кредиту. Во-первых сотрудников много, принять никто не может, отправляют в другое окно, там также занято, просят подождать, приходится ждать долго, хотя электронная очередь!!!! Касса не работает, а если хотите оплатить через кассу, комиссия 300 рублей!!!!!! В приложение пропала кнопка частично - досрочное погашение, звонила по горячей линии, через чат оформили обращение, в течении 5 дней все решится, а дата списания уже завтра, в офисе можно написать заявление только за сутки!!!!!!!! Звоню в офис, трубку никто не берет!!!!!!! Ребят, вы вообще работаете?????

Я обращалась 2 дня со своими личными данными, никто не смог мне помочь, только трата моего личного времени!!! Прежде чем выкупать закладные другого банка, наведите порядки в своём, хотя бы на уровне предыдущего банка, не говоря уже о улучшениях и новшествах.
