Банкомат здесь не работает никогда, если ставите лимиты на снятие денег , то делайте поправки на эти лимиты из-за ваших неработающих банкоматов

Спасибо за отзыв. ​Пожалуйста, извините нас за некорректную работу нашего устройства, к сожалению, в их работе случаются накладки. ​Постараемся всё оперативно исправить.

Пришёл в филиал банка «Открытие», досрочно закрыть кредит. Ждал свою очередь 45 минут!!! Написал заявление на закрытие кредита, сотрудница банка, по не понятной мне причине распечатала сумму остатка долга без 20 копеек и попросила пройти оплатить в кассу, что я и сделал. По прошествию 5 дней я снова пришёл в банк за справкой (о том, что кредит погашён полностью). Просидев в очереди 40 минут, сотрудница банка мне сообщила, что кредит не погашён, т.к. не оплачено ещё 20 копеек ( по вине сотрудника банка!!!) и банк уже автоматом снял ежемесячный платёж! Разобравшись, написал претензию, которая рассматривалась банком ещё 13 дней!!!!! В итоге: Кредит всё-таки закрыт! Как результат не компетентности сотрудников банка и очень долгой их работы, 4 раза посещения банка ( по часу в очереди!!!), из-за ошибки сотрудницы потеря времени, нервов и повышение процентной ставки в другом банке!!! Сотрудники этого филиала видимо далеко не профессионалы своего дела, а видимо только не давние студенты... Никому не советую этот банк! И сам больше не хочу иметь с ними дел. Спасибо за правильное понимание.

Пользуюсь этим отделением банка из-за удобного расположения относительно места проживания, в основном, банкоматами.
