На днях возникла необходимость открытия счета в банке и получении карты. Вспомнил что на работе презентовали банк Открытие. Решил заехать. Без труда нашёл куда припарковаться, что особенно приятно, учитывая постоянные пробки перед офисами банков. Зашёл в офис, привычного администратора на входе не было, однако девушка сотрудник сразу обратила на меня внимание и спросила цель визита. Я рассказал о своей потребности. Меня сразу пригласили на обслуживание. Рассказали в чем будет состоят процедура и сколько операция займёт времени. Пока шёл процесс оформления документов второй сотрудник подошёл и проконсультировал по услуге регистрации в личном кабинете. Оформление прошло быстро и ненавязчиво. Вся процедура заняла у меня не более 15 минут. Офис тихий, сотрудники приветливы. Нет навязчивых предложений, никто не отправляет сделать процедуру самостоятельно в личном кабинете. Все просто и понятно. Ещё Важный момент это скорость обработки информации. Отчеты, смс оповещения, зачисления и списания все просто летает! Надеюсь мое приятное сотрудничество с банком продолжится! Кстати, тут достаточно привлекательные ставки в отличие от других банков! Приятно что у нас появился хороший банк с интересными условиями и отличным сервисом! При планировании посещения учитывайте график работы банка! В будни с 9-18, без обеда! В выходные банк не работает!
