Ужасный банк! Условия не договаривают! Всегда всё только в свою пользу! Вежливым голосом посылают вас подальше....

Как обычно, громкая реклама процентной ставки 9.9%, а по факту куча подводных камней. И сотрудники (а именно Чернухин Артур Валерьевич) который толи забыл, толи установка руководства такая) не полностью раскрыл условия кредита, хотя знал , рефинансирование с целью уменьшения платежа и просчитывалось, чтобы сэкономить но ни как не переплатить!!! Понимаю, что есть договор читайте, подписываете, значит соглашаетесь. Но, считаю, что правильно все объяснить и не юлить с условиями, чтобы совесть , как минимум чиста была))) у меня конкретно с третьего месяца ставка с 9.9 % до 14,9% в связи с тем, что справку о закрытии кредита надо в банк принести в течении 60 дней! Но узнала, когда смс пришла об увеличении ставки, а в договоре этот пункт завуалирован! Жаль, смысл рефинансирования был, сэкономить и выплатить в первый год! Сложно сказать??? Эх, ладно, чего вдруг я решила, что банки их сотрудники работают честно)))) претензию писать не имеет ,смысла, сама виновата! А , вы люди будьте внимательны и читайте каждую букву и все ссылки на другие пункты. Правду, при выдаче, все равно не расскажут, как не пытайте! А я всегда говорю (шучу), для сотрудников банка, давно место в аду приготовлено)))
