Почему у Открытия в основном все негативные отзывы? Банк по сути живёт и работает в лихие 90-е, обманывают сотрудники и полная путаница в условиях. В одном отделении (на Менделеева) вместо суммы кредита которую хотел взять дают на 100% больше, остаток мол положите на вклад на месяц и в следующем частично закроете кредит -какая то серая схема? Мол программа по другому не может выдать кредит! Соответственно страховка жизни просто в разы дороже! В этом отделении почему то так программа не работает и кредит дают в сумме нужной. Но снятие денежный средств с комиссией, что не было озвучено сотрудником этого отделения! По данным горячей линии по тарифам банка не пролежали 14 дней. Это как, кредитные деньги должны ещё пролежать 14 дней??? При этом остаётся возможность снять деньги с карточки и без комиссии, открыть вклад и закрыть вклад также без комиссии. Но через банк заказать всю сумму с комиссией. Что за дурдом?

Недобор сотрудников сильно сказывается на скорости обслуживания, а отсутсвие электронной очереди или сотрудника на ресепшене 2к17 году это позор, т.к. вместо того что бы сразу пройти в кассу я по незнанию пол часа ждал в живой очереди пока обслужат других клиентов, а это уже косяк отделения и потерянное время (-3 балла к оценке за время). Так что отделению незачёт. А все остальное все замечательно, очень приветливые сотрудники, приятная атмосфера и т.д.
