Как и во всех отеля,правителях погоде,вещах и т.д. - можно найти свои Плюсы и Минусы Так и этот Отель - Плюсы Часто предлагают-номера со скидкой Чисто в номере,постель белоснежная) Сантехника рабочая, чистая) Полотенца на каждого гостя по три и они нереально белоснежные- очень приятно) Фен, мыльные принадлежности- все есть) На ресепшене нас встретила очень вежливая Яна. Находится в самом ТЦ Принц Плаза, на 6 этаже) Спустился без куртки, позавтракал. Большой выбор) Шоколадница,Суши бар,Синабон, кфс и многое другое) Тут же и кинотеатр В ТЦ Принц Плаза - 300 с лишним организаций. Рядом ТРЦ «Спектр» и много других магазинов,торговых рядов, рынков) До центра Москвы 30 мин на метро Выход в метро (остановка Теплый стан). прям в ТЦ Принц Плаза,если холодно очень удобно! Телевизор ,холодильник все работает) Мебель новая, кровати не скрипят )))) Минусы Старая мягкая мебель - немного не приятно садится ........ И входную дверь хотелось бы помощнее, поплотнее) Слышно ,когда говорят в коридоре...... Нам номер обошёлся двухместный за 3150 в сутки) Если перейти по подземному переходу на другую сторону , то там автостанция Тёплый стан) Думаю , что моя информация кому нибудь пригодится

Ужасный отель! Грязно, все разваливается. Не приятно здесь находиться. Управляющего отелем нет на рабочем месте.

Отель «Рояль», не дает копии документов которые необходимы для отчета людям находящихся в командировках (такие как ОГРН и ИНН).НИ С ОДНИМ ОТЕЛЕМ ТАКИХ ПРОБЛЕМ НЕТ!Не борятся за свох клиентов! Звонил по этой проблеме пару раз, помочь даже не стараются в этих простых вещах
