Заселяла в 4 утра друзей, они были проездом в Москве. Звонила пол ночи, тетефон не брали категорически, хорошо домофон не отключён был. Встретил нас недовольный админ, но это понятно 4 утра. Предложила нам номер "Люкс", за 5 часов взяли оплату как за сутки хотя утром увидели что есть ночной тариф. Спорить не стали да и не с кем, при выезде администратор даже не вышел. Тем более оплата была на личную карту админа. Завтрак был не нужен, но его даже не предложили. Вроде мелочи, но вся картинка портится))))
