Заказала доставку, привезли ламинат и плитку мало того, что на 4 часа позже (в 21.40), чем обещали, так еще всю битую, вскрываешь пачку, а там вся колотая внутрии, доказать я ничего не смогла, мне сказали, вы на нее смотрели при приемке, приняли и разбили значит сами или вас устроил такой вид.

Очень тугой сервис. Менеджер Елена - сплошное недоразумение. Попросили выставить счет, дело было к концу дня. В 6 часов ее как сдуло с рабочего места, инфо не предоставила, чисто топорная работа - побыстрее впарить. Надо было не принимать их товар да и все. Посмотрим еще, как плитка будет в использовании.
